1What are the methods of hair transplantation?

There are two major different ways of hair transplantation: Follicular unit transplant (FUT) and extraction of the follicular unit so called FUE.

In this technique, the doctor chooses hair follicle (graft) in the back of the head, beard, chest and pubic area (donor area), and extracts them one by one before transplanting them in the scalp (recipient area).

There is no scar and almost no pain after operation. You can go back to work the day after operation.

A graft is essentially one unit. It can have from 1 to 4 hairs.

It will continue the natural life span of the hair in the back of the head, in practice it should last according to the genetic disposition.

In general, a single session is sufficient. But every patient is unique.

60% of the hair follicles are active on the 6th month, 70% on the 7th month, and 100% at the end of the 12th month.

The number of punches in FUE and number of hairs in FUT determine the cost, but we believe every patient have a unique status so price is individual.

No. Widespread thinning, a patient that has gone through chemotherapy, and thick scalp scars are among contra indications for operation, but every patient is unique.
